Matt and Mel have done a couple of inspections for me so far and I would certainly use them again. In addition to the Building and Pest inspections which were timely and accompanied by a comprehensive report on both occasions, they arranged additional inspections with other service providers to completed, at my request, at the same time. Matt and Mel were so great to deal with. I had a pool cert done as well as building and pest inspections for both the house I’m selling and the one I’m buying, and everything was super smooth from start to finish. Highly Recommend We recently had Matt complete a Pest and Building Inspection for us on a property we were purchasing interstate. Booking was simple and quick .Matt was very knowledgeable and his report was very detailed and allowed us to have thorough detailed information on issues that were present. The report was received very promptly on the afternoon of the inspection .Matt followed up after we received the report with a phone call and took the time to discuss and explain our concerns .
